Aged in oak barrels for 10 months with regular stirring of the lees. Golden yellow colour with brilliant highlights. Superb nose of flowers and white fruit, hints of cream and vanilla. Beautifully structured and elegant on the palate, with a a light oak note. Serve with fish or poultry in sauce.
