Hand harvested grapes, pneumatic pressing with running off by gravity, cold settling. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. Pleasant, fine and elegant nose, revealing ripe fruit and notes of white flowers. Tonic, full of finesse and well balanced in the mouth with complexity and minerality. Lingering finish.
