Wild Bunches and Drunken Monkeys. Cool climate Syrah at its best. 50% whole bunches, 50% whole berries during the ferment. Old Oak. No finning and bottled without any Sulphur. Pretty and perfume while still having a powerful finish. We make this Syrah like we make Pinot Noir.
