Fabiano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2019

Amarone is a wine of antique lineage. It has a limited production with grapes coming from the classic zone of Valpolicella. The grapes are hand picked, pressed and vinified according to the traditional method. TASTING NOTES: Fabiano Amarone stands out for its intense color with garnet highlights; the warm and elegant taste with very complex olfactory notes alternating sensations of red fruits. FOOD PAIRING: It's ideal with braised meat, game and mature cheeses. It can also be enjoyed at the end of the meal.
