Casas del Bosque Botanic Series Chardonnay 2022

The fruit comes from a sandy parcel and its location faces the cold breeze coming from the ocean. Grapes have a naturally higher content of primary aromatic precursors. From this perception, the idea to produce a fruity and aromatic Chardonnay was born. Banana, pineapple and grapefruit aromas dominate the nose. Due to the extremely wide temperature range in Las Dichas, we can also count with aromatic thiols in this blend, resulting in a fruital explosion. Fermentation inside concrete egg gives a rounder palate without compromising the freshness and fruitiness.
