Niersteiner Hipping was served on the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953 and has been served on the occasion of her diamond jubilee. World-unique red sandstone („Nierstein Formation“). 35 year old vines growing on a slope gradient of 35°. Easterly exposition towards the Rhein river. Limited yield of only approx. 35 hl/ha and handpicked grapes turn into an unique taste experience.
