From creation to date, we carefully select and harvest our cider apples in the orchards of the Saint-Malo region. The whole team at the SORRE cider house takes pleasure in taking care of all the processing and pressing of the apples , with energy, pleasure and rigour, right up to the assembly and bottling of these cuvées rich in flavors.
